UI/UX
Great design is the difference between a product people use and a product people abandon.
At Anemoi Solution, UI/UX design is not a finishing step, it is where every project begins.
We design digital interfaces that feel intuitive to your users, earn trust on first impression, and guide people from curiosity to action.
Our UI/UX design process covers: user research and persona development, information architecture and user flow mapping, wireframing, interactive prototyping, visual design (UI), design system creation, usability testing, and developer handover with annotated Figma files. We design for web, mobile, and Web3 interfaces.
We use Figma as our primary design tool, delivering interactive prototypes that stakeholders and investors can click through before a single line of code is written. This saves time, reduces costly development changes, and lets you validate assumptions early.
Who this is for: founders who have a product idea but need to visualise it before building; development teams with a working product whose UX is causing user drop-off; companies redesigning an existing product to improve conversion or usability, startups preparing investor demos or pitch decks that include a product walkthrough.
We follow human-centred design principles throughout: your users' needs, behaviours, and pain points drive every design decision. The result is a product that not only looks polished but actually works the way people expect it to.

Get feedback from users early and often.
-
The best way to ensure that your UI/UX is user-friendly is to get feedback from users early and often. This can be done through user testing, surveys, or interviews.
-
Use design principles that can help you create a great UI/UX. These principles include things like clarity, consistency, efficiency, and aesthetics.
-
Be creative. Don't be afraid to be creative when designing your UI/UX. The best UI/UX is often the one that is both user-friendly and visually appealing.

FAQ's
What Sets Us Apart
Q1: What deliverables do I receive from a UI/UX project?
A: You receive: user research summary, user flow diagrams, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, an interactive Figma prototype, a design system (colour palette, typography, component library), and annotated developer handover files. The exact scope depends on your project, and we confirm deliverables in the proposal.
Q2: Can you design just the UI without the UX research?
A: We can, but we recommend against it for new products. UI without UX research often results in an interface that looks good but does not serve how users actually think and behave. For redesign projects where you already have user data, we can start from a later stage in the process.
Q3: Do you design for mobile as well as desktop?
A: Yes. We design responsively by default, meaning your product is designed to work across desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. For mobile-first products or dedicated native apps, we design specifically for iOS and Android guidelines.
Q4: How do you involve me in the design process?
A: You are part of the process throughout. We present and discuss at each stage: research findings, wireframes, prototype, and final designs. We use a shared Figma workspace so you can leave comments at any time. Revisions are built into the project timeline.
Q5: Can Anemoi Solution also develop the product after designing it?
A: Yes. Many clients come to us for design and then proceed to development with our team. This is the smoothest path because the developers who build your product are part of the same team that was involved in its design, removing the friction of handover between agencies.
Steps for a great UI/UX delivery

1. IDEATION
The first step is to come up with ideas for the UI/UX.
This can be done by brainstorming, user research, and competitive analysis.

2. WIREFRAMING
Once we have some ideas, it's time to start wireframing.
Wireframes are low-fidelity sketches of the UI/UX.
They're used to get a sense of the layout and flow of the design.

3. PROTOTYPING
Once we have a wireframe, we can start prototyping.
Prototypes are high-fidelity mockups of the UI/UX.
They're used to test the design and get feedback from users.

4. USER-TESTING
Once we have a prototype, it's time to start testing.
Testing is essential to ensure that the UI/UX is user-friendly and effective.

5. DESIGN DELIVERY
Once you're happy with the design, it's time to deliver it.
This can be done by creating a design specification or by handing off the design to a developer.
